The waterfront 5K starts just after sunrise. Bib pickup opens at 6:45 AM by the palms at Marina Green, the group warm-up jog rolls at 7:40, and the horn sounds at 8:00 sharp.
The course is flat and fast: one out-and-back along the water with volunteers at every turn. Strollers and walkers start in the final wave so everyone gets a clean first mile.
Every entry fee funds youth athletics in the Bayview. Expect chip timing, breakfast tacos at the finish, and a medal for every finisher.
